Anna Lundén

    Anna Lundén works at National Library of Sweden heading the Department for Libraries Collaboration and Research Support. The national coordination task to advance the transition to open access to scholarly publications is managed within this department. It also handles the national library consortia for universities and research institutes, Bibsam, negotiating transformative agreements with all major academic publishers. Anna Lundén was appointed by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research to represent Sweden in the intergovernmental negotiation meeting of experts related to UNESCO’s recommendation on Open Science, and she is the Swedish representative in the European University Association’s negotiators’ group. Before working at the National Library of Sweden, she has a long experience from the commercial side of the library business.
